Director of Sales
We're looking for an experienced sales leader to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for creating new revenue opportunities across all of our channels. We're looking for someone who enjoys the hustle of a startup and is always willing to go the extra mile.
Agrilyst is a web-based software platform that helps indoor farms manage their crops and gain data-driven insights to make more profitable production decisions. Our HQ is in Brooklyn, but our sales focus is global. You'll have the opportunity to sell to customers all across the world and manage a distributed sales team.
This position is remote-friendly. You can be based in any of our hubs: California, New York, or the midwest.
Manage and grow sales team
Lead enterprise sales process to key accounts
Close $3m annual pipeline
Develop new market expansion strategy
Manage channel partners and growth with new channels
Reporting to Board and CEO
Represent Agrilyst at trade shows and events
5-7 years successful sales experience in agriculture
Experience selling products to greenhouse operators (floral, vegetable, or cannabis)
Experience managing and exceeding sales quotas
Desire for fanatical customer service and need to do right by your customers
Experience selling software
