Monsanto is looking for highly motivated individual to lead our Quality Systems team for North America Row Crops Quality. This role will be responsible for managing, developing and leading the North America Row Crops Quality Systems strategy and ensuring execution of operational objectives that align with the North America Supply Chain & Global Quality objectives.
Key Business Accountabilities:
Serve on the North America Quality Leadership Team developing strategy & execution plans for quality systems that align across Stewardship, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Risk Management, and Product Line Quality programs
Direct, develop, and motivate 3 direct reports and overall responsibility for 10 employees and contractors
Create a road map for the long-range planning of quality systems looking for opportunities to introduce new technology, reduce disconnected legacy systems, and increase predictive modeling that drive for a better customer experience internally and externally
Own the execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement of QMS across 40 Monsanto locations including document management, training, audit and issues management.
Introduce tools making actionable information accessible to key stakeholders and assures a more reliable, quality supply
Uphold high quality standards across quality systems that enable our freedom to operate, reduce risk, and address customer complaints/claims
Develop, maintain, and communicate key quality management indicators that drive continuous improvement opportunities and deliver positive outcomes
Bachelors degree with 8 years relevant business experience
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time both domestic and international
Supply Chain or Quality experience in agriculture
People management experience
