We are looking for a strong leader to manage our Dairy operation at our Manufacturing Plant in Saratoga Springs.
Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science/Food
Business or other related field
Experience with dairy/food processing equipment, fluid milk production and CIP systems
Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
Must be versed in HACCP programs and verification and in GMP's, State and Federal food safety regulations
Manage daily operation of dairy production including processing, packaging and maintenance
Follow regulatory standards and maintain practices in the Plant that assure product quality and safety
Coordinate and maintain production schedule
**Must be able to pass a background check and drug/alcohol test**
